The hospital has a large car park
for the use of patients and their visitors. Patients attending the hospital
for the first time, by appointment should receive a ‘Parking Slip’.
After this you appointment, patients
will need to use a ‘Car Park Pass’ which is available from clinic receptions.Visitors
are required to ‘Pay and Display’ when using the car park.

The hospital has a comprehensive
security system, which is designed to protect patients, staff, car parks
and property. We permanently have 3 security guards and an additional
guard patrolling the car parks. Close circuit television cameras are situated
throughout the building and car parks.

Desk |
| The information desk
is situated at the main entrance in reception area, which can offer assistance
twenty-four hours a day. There is disabled access, parking and facilities.

| Smoking |
| The hospital has a no-smoking
policy that requests patients, visitors and staff not to smoke. |
| Gift
Shop and News Agents |
| The shop is well stocked
with everything from cards and magazines to gifts and toiletries. You may
also purchase freshly made sandwiches and snacks, this is ideally situated
in the main entrance on the ground floor. |

| Restaurant
|
| The restaurant is situated
on the ground floor. Hot meals are served throughout the day, between the
hours 8am-11am (Breakfast); 12pm-2pm (Lunch); 5pm-8pm (Dinner). There is
range of cold meals and snacks including an extensive salad bar. The restaurant
is set in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere with helpful and efficient staff.

Pay phones are available in the
Reception area and in many clinical areas. Mobile phones are not to be
used in the hospital.

| There are baby changeing and feeding facilities situated in
the antenatal clinic area and maternity bays. |

| Porters
/ Support workers |
| Porters are available
for the changing of medical gases, collecting of blood samples and the transportation
of patients. They are also responsible for the cleaning and up keep of the
hospital. |
