The Trust operates a zero tolerance policy to anybody who is abusive
or uses foul language towards staff, and any such person will be dealt
with accordingly. Any telephone callers who are abusive or use foul
language towards staff will have their calls terminated with the following
announcement "This call has been terminated. Liverpool Women's
Hospital operates a zero tolerance policy to callers who are abusive
or use foul language towards staff. If you wish to call back please
treat staff with courtesy. Thank you."
